So, within the last week I’ve been to Staten Island, Phoenix, Tucson, Home, and now Minneapolis and St. Paul til Friday. It always seems like a lot of fun at first to fly around and stay in hotels, but quickly you come to realize that business trips aren’t as sexy as the ones George Clooney has led us to believe they are. I can say one good thing is that I have seen 4 movies in the last week:
The Town: Good. A bit improbable, but still an enjoyable heist/crime film
Devil: The best Shyamalan movie since Unbreakable and that’s saying very little cause it’s barely better than those others.
Let Me In: A very good translation of it’s far superior swedish original
The Social Network: Oddly as good as all the hype surrounding it.
Now that i’m in Minneapolis I’m gonna run into a movie standstill as I doubt this place has Catfish or Buried playing anywhere. Oh well, I guess I have to stop pretending I’m above Easy A.
